– Non-refundable products or treatments, such as gift cards, VIP member, promotional treatments and all the purchasing with discount/promo code are exempt from this refund policy.
– In the case of prepaid packages or treatments, refunds may be subject to a prorated deduction for any services that have already been rendered.
– Refunds will not be provided for scheduled appointments that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
– Requests for refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or confirmation email
– Clients may cancel their appointments without incurring any fees if they notify Plush Laser Clinic at least 24 hours in advance.
– For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may be charged, equivalent to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost or you will lose your booking packages or deposit.
